1988 Camaro RS. Man.... these seat belts are driving me nuts!!! Driver side is stuck fully extended and will not recoil back. Mount and non recoiling device located behind driver seat at roof of car. It used to get stuck every now and then but Its been stuck for months. Anybody got a fix? Thanx, Nick

You might be able to get GM to fix them, I remember there being a recall on the seatbelts with the orange buttons on the buckle. Its been so long now that I'm not sure if they will still do anything about it or not.

I will check into recall notice and I have seen some Camaros near my year (1988) in the junk yard. I'm sure other model GM near 1988 also have same seat belts. Thanx all, for the input. Ill put up some pics as soon as I wash my car! LOL:D

you can always post the last four of your vin number and year and make in the Nemer Service Dept. on the forum and cars01010 can look up all the recalls for your vehicle :alien:

Man I might have to do that too, see if I can get some free parts and labor on my car. :rockon:
