I think maybe if it were mine, the only thing I would do besides restoration is either buy after market seats, or have the originals restiched in black with red inserts. That might help to tie in the whold red and black theme better.

i most definitely agree with the black stitching om the seats it would tie it all in nicely (especially on how well the trunk part looks now - also some nice black custom (with camaro or 25th anniv. or some custom saying on them) doors sill plates

What do you think about 4th gen seats?

Yea I would love to tie the black and red theme in a little more. When I first got the car the red interior was the only thing I did not like about it. But now I am think its growing on me... I think I'm going to upgrade my radio and put in some custom gauge pods...

Who else has some pictures of their interior?

I don't yet. My interior is a little scary right now, there are baby strollers stored in there, a piece of thin stirafoam wrapping got left in there a few years ago which has disintegrated into 5 million pieces, not to mention it has all been sun damaged the last 5 years and the pass. side t-top leaks a little in heavy rain. ha ha But it's actually not as bad as it may sound.

I am having no luck finding good replacement seats for my car...I am specifically looking for the rare two tone 4th gen interior but havent found one yet. I dont want to settle for all black 4th gen interior yet so I have been looking at re-doing my seats in a two tone matter. But I can not bring myself to spend all that money when i can buy a complete 4th gen interior for much less....oh the decisions!

do you have a local embroidery shop near by - I know of a good one, but it will probably get a little costly on shipping them out and then back :idunno:

I recently switched my seats over to some black leather ones outta another thirdgen. I also discovered that the red seats themselves are a rarity in thirdgens, luckily I saved them and have them in the basement. Hopefully one day I can get them re-covered and back into the car.

Just saw this, I know it was way back in January but I am getting ready to get the car out. How much are these said kits and do you have a link that I can view them online?
