On a 3rd gen site I visit from time to time they have a section called Thirdgen Diary. Basically if you want to document all your progress on your car you start a thread and you are the only one who can post in the thread. It keeps people from having to read all the chatting back and forth and on the older ones you go top to bottom on the thread and watch car come together. And if someone hasn't posted anything on it for 6 months they don't have to search through old threads to bring it back up. I can PM the site if y'all want to see or post it here if that's cool.
